Responsibilities

-Monitor the procurement & facilities department by measuring and analyzing their KPI
-Communicate with global and regional managers to ensure alignment with global guidelines
-Take initiative to cost saving for suppliers and vendors
-Lead facility-related projects from start to finish
-Implement strategies to improve the area of procurement and facilities

Qualifications

-Fluent in Japanese and English
-More than 5 years of indirect procurement experiences
-Supplier Relationship Management experience
-Utilization of Procurement Processes and Tools
-Ability to solve problems and make decisions using data to support recommendations
-5 - 7 years of management experience
