Responsibilities
-Data Management: Extract data such as sales promotion and planning.
- Classify data such as sales promotion and planning.
- Collect sales forecast data from Field Sales and Retail
- Confirm and discuss the validity of the data collected from Field sales and Own Retail
- Adjustment : 1) Lead a meeting among Field Sales, Own Retail, Procurement team and Marketing in order to make adjustment, and brush-up a sales forecast plan. 2) Adjust sales forecasts according to changes in arrival status
- Get approval of sales forecasts for each category at a meeting attended by the management team and Forecasting manager
- Enter the approved sales forecast into the system
- Reconciliation
- Stock allocation
Qualifications
-More than 3 years experience in Demand Forecasting
-ERP (DRP or DP) experience
-SCM basic theory knowledge
-Analytical skill based on statistical knowledge
-Strong working knowledge of Excel (vlookup, sumif, pivot etc.)
-Good communication in both English (TOEIC 800 or equivalent) and Japanese
