■直接のレポート先はSr. HR BP Managerとなり、戦略的HRビジネスパートナーとして勤務していただきます。
This is a strategic HR BP position that will work closely with leaders and employees in assigned business units to drive business growth and provide consulting and expertise on decision-making as a business partner. Position will cover wide duties as HR BP, mainly strategic, but will also have the opportunity to work on HR projects for the entire company as a member of the HR team.
- Driving employee engagement programs and working closely with management for implementation
- Leadership guidance and organizational development consulting
- Talent management and development
- Drive change management through planning and process/policy implementation
- Facilitate and lead standard HR yearly events for assigned business units such as performance reviews, succession planning, rewards planning, etc.
- Provide proposals and advice as an HR expert, understand the business challenges, and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Business level English
- Good PC skills
- Strategic mindset and thinking ability
- Proactive personality
- Able to make decisions quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think critically and consult as a business partner
