- Lead Employee relations activities
- Company culture building
- Employee engagement project leadership
- Provide consulting and expertise to business leaders and employees on key HR topics
- Labor union communication

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Business level English
- 6+ years relevant HR experience
- Strong communication skills
