Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth operation for order management team
- Lead multiple projects related to ERP implementation and process optimization
- Manage 10-15 staff
- Work closely with other department
- Take initiatives in projects

Qualifications

- BA or equivalent
- 5 years or more of management experience
- Business level English
- 10 years or more experience of order taking process
- Strong leadership
- Adapt to environmental/situation changes
- Open mindset
