Responsibilities

－ Responsible for managing all the planning cycle （budgeting, forecasting and Analysis） of Japan

－ Support Management of Business in decision making by providing financial advisory

－ Driving the monthly management reporting process

－ Ensuring Periodic reconciliations of all customers and vendors

－ Establish and maintain finance related IT tools

－ Ensure Compliance to all applicable local regulatory requirements.

－ Establish and validate standard operating procedures to be implemented in Japan

－ Ensure compliant business environment

－ Take the ownership for the internal audit. 

Qualifications

－ Complete higher education in Accounting, Finance.

－ Minimum 5 years in Finance Management and Finance BP.

－ Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Managerial and cost accounting, Japan GAAP ＆ IFRS.

－ Strong IT skill including SAP

－ Project management skills.

－ Japanese : native level

－ English : upper business level required

－ MBA desirable
