Responsibilities

Position will be a strategic business partner to local management as the go-to HR expert.

Main responsibilities will include:

­- Organizational development

­- Partnering with business unit leaders

­- Culture and business transformation

­- Change Management

­- Consulting leaders on HR issues

­- Succession planning

­- Training and development

­- Talent Management

­- Additional HR duties as required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Business level English

- 6+ years relevant HR experience

- Strong communication skills

- Stakeholder management skills

- Experience as an HR BP highly preferred
