Responsibilities

－ Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year end closing （IFRS, JGAAP） process for entire Japan organization

－ Lead team to perform daily journal entries （GL, AR, AP etc.）

－ Train and lead staff to develop stronger accounting acumen

－ Contact point for internal and external audits and liaise with other third party vendors to ensure integrity of accounting function

－ Maintain strong internal controls in line with group policies

－ Liaise with 3rd party to support tax filing

－ Perform periodic CAPEX analysis and report to overseas

－ Maintain strong relationships with internal stake holders including Japan senior management and overseas reporting lines

－ Support with team development and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

－ 10＋ years of accounting experience in multinational company

－ Strong understanding of IFRS and JGAAP

－ 3＋ years managing a team, experience with team building

－ Experience with ERP system a major plus

－ USCPA, Boki 1st grade, MBA or accounting / finance educational background highly preferred.
