Responsibilities

- Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Manage full order cycle
- Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Manage stock levels, quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrangement of warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Solve any problems or complaints
- Supervise warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Keep data analysis to assess performance and implement improvements
- Follow laws, regulations and requirements of ISO

Qualifications

- Working experience as a logistics manager preferably in the medical device industry
- Record of distribution and logistics management
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Standard logistics software skill
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
