Responsibilities

-Lead Procurement function for Japan and report to GM
-Implement change and develop new processes.
-Ensure quality standards, and work with other teams to solve product quality issues.
-Ability to solve financial problems.
-Maintain system data

Qualifications

-University degree and related work experience
-At least 5 years of procurement experience at a foreign-capital company
-Experience of import / export operations of finished products
-Negotiation skills
-Management experience of overseas and domestic suppliers
-Experience of using ERP system.
-Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
-Business level English
-MS Office knowledge and experience
