Responsibilities

This role will cover a wide range of duties as a Generalist in HR Operations

​

－ Manage HR plans and policies administration

－ Plan and administer training and development programs

－ Manage health and safety program

－ Manage C＆B policies and updates or changes

－ Manage employee communication programs

－ Employee relations

－ Maintain compliance with regulations

－ Organizational development

－ Lead company culture initiatives

Qualifications

－ Bachelor’s degree or higher

－ Good knowledge of labor laws

－ Excellent human relations and judgment skills.

－ 8＋ years experience in relevant HR roles

－ Experience managing staff preferred

－ Business level English preferred （mainly reading and writing）
