Responsibilities

This position will function as the HR expert supporting with driving the human resources strategy while partning closely with senior management and directors.

- Consulting and providing expertise to drive business growth from a human resources perspective
- Lead engagement and internal communication activities
- Understand and utilize metrics and data to provide HR related solutions to business growth plans and challenges
- Partner with senior management and provide insight and expertise for major business decisions
- Provide expertise on compliance and risk management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8+ years relevant human resources experience, including experience in strategic / HR BP roles
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders
- Change management understanding
- Ability to communicate with both senior and junior level employees and stakeholders
