Responsibilities
- To work closely with General Manager and functional line managers to provide professional and commercially sound advice and guidance on the office and retail organizational design, people management, supporting line managers to resolve HR related issues.
- To act as HR generalist to contribute to HR activities both for the office employees (and retail staffs in future), including hiring, rewarding, and any HR related matters.
- To manage payroll/social insurance related procedures.
- To ensure health and safety for all employees in the office and retail store sites (in the future).
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge:
- HR Processes including recruitment and selection and payroll
- HR systems (ideally HR SAP)
- Market relevant employment legislation
- Payroll/social insurance transactions
- Commercial awareness and good understanding of markets business calendars, operational plans and strategic projects
- Financial knowledge related payroll
Technical Skills:
- Computer literate and HR Systems
- English written and spoken
Successful Experience:
- Worked as a HR Manager for a global brand, specifically with an understanding of payment and deduction processing and the handling of sensitive data
- Management of ER, legal and recruitment issues.
