Responsibilities

－ Act as a financial advisor to provide financial reports, analysis / planning, budget control, accounting methods and profit / loss to plant manager.

－ Handle monthly/quarterly/annual bookkeeping/closing

－ Manage and control cost accounting, conversion cost and inventory

－ Contribute to improve plant profitability in providing effective financial analysis

－ Design and implement sound internal controls

－ Take initiative to search areas of improvements to systems

－ Establish and implement required policies and procedures following accepted company standards

－ Respond to internal / external audits

－ Establish accounting work flow and implement financial system

－ Other duties and projects as required

Qualifications

－ 7＋ years of FP＆A experience

－ Business－level Japanese

－ Business－level English

－ Strong understanding of major ERP system （SAP, Hyperion, Oracle）

－ Strong understanding and knowledge of: Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance analysis

－ Strong understanding of USGAAP and/or IFRS

－ Experience in a manufacturing environment

－ Flexible for working hours including: travel and attending conference calls in the evening

－ Excel / Word / Power Point knowledge

－ Strong understanding of SOX internal control is a plus
