Responsibilities

－ Accounts Receivable

－ Accounts Payable

－ Fixed Asset

－ Journal Entries

－ Handle Bank Transfer for domestic and overseas

－ Settle staff expense claims

－ Daily Sales data checking

－ Manage billing to customers

－ Manage consolidation tool and monthly reporting

－ GA responsibilities

－ Prepare Tax Filing

－ Support Internal Control

Qualifications

－ 2＋ years of accounting experience

－ Native level Japanese

－ Intermediate English

－ Good at Microsoft Excel and Power BI

－ Ability to work in a cross－functional environment

－ Team player who can support with sales and manufacturing function

－ Consolidation system experience （Tagetik, Hyperion, etc.） is a plus

－ Multinational company experience is a plus

－ Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
