■ スタッフ2名のマネジメントを担当頂き、直接のレポート先はFinance Directorとなります。
Responsibilities
－ Manage budgeting and forecasting process with Finance team
－ Develop financial models to support business initiatives
－ Model and analyze performance metrics, balance sheet fluctuations
－ Assist with month－end and quarterly reporting
－ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections
－ Lead the review of Budget versus Actual fluctuations
－ Prepare presentations and present to Senior Management
－ Research and install budgeting tools/systems
－ Define financial situation by completing quantitative analysis
－ Evaluate optional plans by identifying potential outcomes and returns
－ Recommend debt structures by analyzing refinancing options to Senior Management
－ Build financial database by identifying sources of: information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data
－ Advise financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals
－ Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining info
－ Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
－ Work with financial controlling manager to provide reasonable and convincible financial numbers for investment appraisals and contract renewals
－ Be the “Key Business Partner” to other department heads to drive the business smoothly and productively
Qualifications
－ 5＋ years of relevant experience
－ No management experience is necessary
－ Native Japanese
－ Intermediate to Strong English
－ Strong commercial acumen to International Brands and experience in Japan finance operations
－ Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with Retail Apparel Industry
－ Hands－on, responsible, independent, self－motivated and strong analytical skills
－ Strong people management skills, initiative to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels
－ Operation understanding of Direct to Consumers and B2B are a plus
－ Experience in ERP and Business Analytics in D365 or other established systems would be an advantage
