Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on area of assignment, general HR BP duties include:

Provide consulting and HR expertise for assigned business areas including:

­－ Policy execution

­－ Talent management （hiring, succession planning, promotion, demotion, resignation）

­－ Performance Management

­－ Salary and bonus management

­－ HR projects involvement and lead as needed

Qualifications

－ Bachelor's degree or higher

－ At least 3 years experience as an HR Generalist, HR BP experience is preferred

－ Business level English

－ Strong communication skills

－ ­Strong skills in: planning, organization, teamwork, communication, and working under pressure

－ Experience in manufacturing industry companies a plus！
