Responsibilities

- Forecasting with sales team for the region

- Manage Demand Planning process

- Support site production planning

- Monitor inventory in Japan and handle slow mover and dead stock

- Drive continuous improvement in the demand planning and inventory management

- Project Management

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, business management or supply chain related major

- More than 5 years supply chain experience

- Good communication and influencing skills, data analysis skills, experience in cross-functional teams

- Business English

- Preferred in demand & supply planning areas

- SAP experience
