Responsibilities

－ Cost and spend analysis

－ Initiate RFQs to suppliers

－ Negotiation of price and business terms for purchase of goods and services

－ Ensure new suppliers are appraised through relevant quality approval ＆ evaluation system

－ Performance ＆ saving monitoring and data analysis

－ Contribute to the continuous improvement ＆ development of the procurement function

－ To support company new business strategies, provide market intelligence and supplier innovations to the internal stakeholders

Qualifications

－ Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement , preferably in the retail industry expose to different indirect procurement categories

－ Ability to manipulate Excel, Word and PowerPoint

－ Fluent English communication skills, including verbal and written communication

－ Bachelor Degree, in Procurement or Supply chain, or business administrative related
