Why are you interested in our position and company?

回答例:

Your company’s mission, to create a better quality of life for patients, and products geared towards helping people with health issues, is really inspiring for me. I also understand that the healthcare industry is highly stable and profitable. Therefore, I feel that I would be able to feel passionate about my work and knowing that I am helping to contribute to society. Also, this position would be a step up for me, so it would help me to use the experience that I have gained so far, but also take on a challenge to step up in my career into a more senior role and grow as a professional.

Yes, it is true that I was able to experience many things in my current job, and there are many people who have helped me so there is part of me feeling sad to leave.

If I have a chance to join your company, I will do my best to arrange a start date as soon as possible but I also am in a position of responsibility in my current company, so I would like to ensure I can complete an effective handover first before joining.
