Finalize recruiting contract before 2nd interview process

Finalize last steps for interviews process, present offer letter

Yes, we have a strict code of confidentiality and a network of candidates we can reach out to privately.  We can adjust our search method to ensure confidentiality.  For sensitive searches, we recommend our retained search service.

We are a performance-based recruiting agency.  Our standard recruiting fee is 35% for contingency searches.  We provide flexible pricing for retained or exclusive searches, depending on the demand of the candidates
