Responsibilities

– Transform, develop and manage Japan Accounting team.
– Responsible for all financial accounting operations in Japan including transaction process and statutory reporting.
– Operate cash and treasury management.
– Ensure tax accounting and operation.
– Handle internal and external audits.
– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
– Be an advisor for Japan Finance Director, regarding any accounting-process related decision making
– Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

– Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the development of a company.
– 4+ years of experience as Accounting manager or similar roles
– Native level Japanese and business level English language skills
– Ability to quickly adapt to new requests and a changing business environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.
