■ レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは、日本拠点の経理責任者（退任予定で後任育成を希望）にレポートし、4名体制のチーム（経理責任者、本ポジション、会計担当者、派遣スタッフ）と連携して業務を進めます。基幹システム（ERP）にはSAPを使用し、少数精鋭チームで互いにサポートし合いながら高いパフォーマンスを発揮したい方にぴったりなポジションです。

Responsibilities

– Accounting & Financial Operations: Support month/quarter/year-end closing, review general ledger accounts, oversee cash flow/payments, and partner with Global Business Services on AP/AR and intercompany entries.

– Statutory Compliance & Audit: Prepare and review local tax filings (Corporate, Consumption, Property, Withholding, Stock-Based Compensation), support internal/external audits, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.

– Regional Coordination & Systems: Reconcile regional intercompany transactions, handle APAC/Corporate reporting, and drive finance automation and process improvements using SAP etc.

– Leadership & Succession: Serve as a core contributor within a lean team, guide junior staff, and build operational expertise to become the primary successor for key finance leadership functions.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
– 5–8 years experience in accounting or finance, ideally in multinational or manufacturing/tech companies.
– Strong knowledge of Japanese GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements.
– Experience with ERP systems.
– Fluent Japanese; business‑level English.
