Responsibilities

– Plan and organize the activities on Accounting, Tax, monthly closing, annual closing and Treasury
– Conduct reviews of all financial transactions
– Recruit and Manage Finance & Operations staff.
– Implement financial policies and procedures.
– Manage cash flow to allocate adequate funds between the company’s needs
– Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options
– Support with budgeting and forecast preparation
– Perform audits and resolve discrepancies, correspond to accounting audits and tax audits

Qualifications

– 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting functions
– Strong knowledge in general accounting principles
– Extensive knowledge of local statutory, tax and legal requirements
– Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office skills
– Experience with ERP and accounting software
– Business level
