Responsibilities

– Handle full spectrum of Finance and Accounting matters, such as financial forecasting, management reporting, budgeting, taxation, month-end closing and financial simulation.
– Ensure compliance with the required accounting standards and taxation regulations.
– Ensure efficient and effective processes and currency of documentation.
– Monitor cash flows and predict future trends. Track A/R status and review with management on monthly basis.
– Research and report factors influencing business performance and propose proper actions.
– Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
– Communicate regularly with regional team and produce accurate financial reports within specific deadlines.
– Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and propose.
– Manage and deliver other finance-related projects and duties as assigned.
– Manage and Handle SAP system.

Qualifications

– 10 years of accounting/ financial management or related professional experience with FP&A / CPA.
– Fluent in Japanese with Business command in both spoken & written English.
– Experience in SAP system.
– Proven leadership ability and strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills with senior executives.
