Responsibilities

Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations
－ Supervise and manage the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software.
－ Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls.
－ Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data.

Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
－ Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations and report.
－ Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual Company operating budget.
－ Manage financial planning and analysis. Supervise the creation of reports, ERP improvements and tools for budgeting and forecasting.

Strategy, Planning and Management
－ Act as Financial Director and strategic business partner to the senior management team.
－ Work closely together with the HQ.
－ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
－ Identify, acquire, and supporting of ERP－system and software to provide financial and operational information.
－ Create and establish yearly financial budgets and forecasts in cooperation with HQ and MD.

Financial Relations and Policies
－ Engage management team in developing short term and long term plans, projections, and budgets.
－ Represent company to banks, institutions, public auditors, and officials.
－ Remain current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations.

Qualifications

－ 5＋ years minimum experience in a international mid－private corporation.
－ 10＋ years total accounting or finance,
－ Fluent in English – speaking and writing; German language is a PLUS but not required
－ Background coordinating with IT staff to manage accounting system.
－ Communication and presentation skills.
－ Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem－solving skills.
－ Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance related issues.
