Responsibilities

– Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and budget materials for HQ and local leadership.
– Analyze budget variances, highlight risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions with business units.
– Coordinate planning processes and develop proposals with stakeholders.
– Build business cases, simulations, and KPIs for new opportunities.
– Design processes for target setting, planning, and performance management.
– Visualize financial results and strengthen financial understanding across business units.
– Lead improvements to FP&A processes and tools with local, APAC, and global teams.
– Mentor and support one direct report.
– Act as deputy for FP&A in the CFO’s absence.
– Support Accounting in enhancing controlling processes.

Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling.
– Strong business acumen and ability to link financial insights to strategic decisions.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
– Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
– Experience in facilitation and project management.
– Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Welcome Skills and Experience:
– Experience with SAP or similar ERP/reporting tools.
– Experience in a multinational company; FMCG background.
– Experience with IT‑related projects.
