国内の財務・会計チームは約8名で構成され、海外拠点とも連携しながら業務を進めます。本ポジションは海外拠点の財務部門にレポートしつつ、国内責任者とも協働するため、国際的な視点を持って働ける環境です。多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーと協働したい方に、視野を広げながら成長できるチームです。

Responsibilities

– Partner with analysts to deliver a smooth and aligned FP&A function.
– Produce accurate, timely financial reports for senior management (budget, forecast, strategic plan, monthly reviews, ad‑hoc analysis).
– Complete core FP&A tasks on schedule during planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end cycles.
– Provide financial support to managers in Japan, APAC, and regional finance teams.
– Build models and analyses to support business decisions (marketing programs, new initiatives, expansion/acquisition, business development).
– Collaborate with accounting to improve processes across GL activities, statutory/tax/regulatory requirements, disclosures, and cash‑flow analysis.
– Enhance monitoring processes for financial and non‑financial KPIs, identifying drivers and required actions.
– Track business performance through quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
– Drive process improvement using technology to automate and streamline planning, reporting, and analysis.
– Promote compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations.
– Conduct annual pricing reviews

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
– CPA or MBA preferred
– Financial Planning & Analysis: 5+ years (required)
– Financial Accounting: 3+ years (month‑end close, GL, statutory reporting, tax)
– Senior management interaction: strong ability to work with executives
– English communication: excellent spoken and written English
– Experience with data warehouse systems, BI tools, and large ERPs
– Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills (required)
– General IFRS knowledge; U.S. GAAP is a plus
