Responsibilities

– Own Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
– Solve & Collaborate: Act as a trusted point of contact for HR operational challenges, proactively troubleshooting issues and partnering with stakeholders to find practical, timely solutions.
– Drive Payroll & Benefits Excellence: Oversee and organise monthly payroll, bonus, and retirement benefit activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and a seamless employee experience.
– Lead Year-End Compliance: Coordinate and supervise year-end tax adjustments, as well as social and labour insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
– Support Our Global Workforce: Provide guidance and administrative support for work visa and residency status applications, helping our international employees navigate requirements smoothly and efficiently.
– Improve How We Work: Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and strengthen HR operations, using your problem-solving mindset to improve processes and employee experience.
– Lead Projects That Make a Difference: Plan and lead HR operational improvement initiatives and projects, bringing stakeholders together, driving progress, and delivering sustainable results.

Qualifications

– Hands-on experience in payroll processing and social insurance operations
– Strong communication skills
– Native Japanese
– Bachelors Degree or higher
