基本的には毎日出社を想定した働き方となりますが、実働は7時間と比較的短めです。仕事とプライベートのバランスを取りながら働ける環境です。

Responsibilities

Position title: Head of HR
Reports to: Managing Director in Japan
Team structure: This role is part of a team of 4 and reports to a HR Director in Japan

Key Responsibilities:
– Shape and deliver HR strategies that directly support business goals
– Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to build a high-performing team
– Own performance management, compensation, promotion and development programs
– Guide labor relations, employment compliance and workplace matters with fairness and sound judgment
– Drive organizational development and succession planning for long-term growth
– Oversee office administration, compliance and risk management
– Partner with regional and global leadership on HR and administrative priorities
– Contribute to management discussions as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders

Qualifications

– 10+ years of management experience in Human Resources and Administration
– Well-rounded expertise across HR strategy, employee relations, labor management and administration
– Experience leading teams in organizations of 100+ employees
– Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
– Business-level English communication skills
– Multinational company experience (preferred)
