Responsibilities

A dynamic organization is looking for a hands-on HRBP to help shape and scale people strategy as the business grows. You’ll work across the full HR spectrum — from strategy to execution — in close partnership with leaders across Japan and globally.

What you’ll do:

– Design and implement HR programs — policies, frameworks, and processes that support organizational and business growth
– Own end-to-end recruitment — actively manage hiring operations while supporting and collaborating with the broader talent acquisition team
– Drive learning & development — identify capability gaps and lead the design and delivery of training and upskilling initiatives
– Build talent pipelines — support talent management and succession planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles
– Champion employee engagement — develop and execute initiatives that strengthen culture, retention, and employee experience
– Be the go-to HR partner — respond to and proactively resolve people issues raised by business leaders, managers, and employees
– Navigate a matrix environment — work autonomously while coordinating effectively with both domestic and international stakeholders

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years general HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
