事業拡大および組織体制の変革に伴う新規ポジションになります！APAC地域におけるHR機能強化を目的としたポジションで、リージョン内ではスタンドアロン（単独）ポジションとなります。給与計算はファイナンス部門が担当するため、本ポジションでは主にHRジェネラリストおよびHRBPとしてご活躍いただきます。

Responsibilities

A fast-moving, lean regional team is looking for a hands-on HRBP to drive people strategy across the APAC region. If you thrive where autonomy meets impact, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

– Own priority hiring end-to-end — from role profiling and stakeholder alignment to offer close, working alongside global Talent Acquisition
– Partner with leaders on performance and ER — PIPs, role changes, separations, and sensitive cases handled with rigor and cultural awareness
– Execute key people cycles — performance reviews, commission governance, and workforce planning with clear ownership and tight deadlines
– Deploy and localize global HR programs — translating global frameworks into practical, locally-compliant solutions across diverse APAC markets
– Support org design and change — restructuring, succession planning, and onboarding, documented and aligned across functions
– Monitor workforce analytics — track turnover, hiring velocity, and engagement signals to surface insights and pre-empt risk
– Drive engagement and retention — tailored to local market realities, anchored in global principles

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Chinese language skills (a plus but not required)
– 5+ years of general HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
