Responsibilities

– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting a smooth hiring experience.
– Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
– Manage relationships with payroll vendors and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
– Support employee engagement activities and initiatives that help build a positive workplace culture.
– Ensure HR practices and processes comply with Japanese labor laws and regulations.
– Handle a variety of General Affairs responsibilities to support day-to-day business operations and a productive workplace.

Qualifications

– 3 years of HR experience
– Native Japanese and Business English
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher
– Ability to take initiative and ownership of the HR function
– Willingness to take on wide range of HR & GA responsibilities
– Good Collaborative skills
