Responsibilities

Report: TA Manager
Team: 2-3 members in TA team
– Lead mid-career and new graduate recruitment, including strategy planning, job postings, direct sourcing, and agency collaboration.
– Align hiring plans with business divisions, execute employer branding, and manage recruitment events.
– Develop talent pool strategies and continuously improve hiring processes.
– Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
– Planning and executing recruitment strategies based on the hiring plan.
– Aligning hiring requirements (timeline, conditions, process, etc.) with various business divisions.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of recruitment experience
– Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, agency relationship management, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
– Business-level English
– Ability to multi-task
– Adaptable and proactive mindset
– Good communication skills
– Open to learning mindset
