Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
– Support end-to-end recruitment operations for mid-career and new graduate hiring
– Manage recruitment progress, interview coordination, and candidate communication
– Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors
– Manage job postings and recruitment platforms
– Maintain recruitment-related data and prepare reports
– Support onboarding processes

HRIS / Employee Lifecycle Management
– Operate HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Kaonavi
– Maintain, update, and validate HR data
– Support annual HR processes including performance reviews and salary review data preparation
– Prepare regular reports related to headcount and organizational data
– Perform HR data aggregation and processing using Excel and related tools
– Support HR operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives
– Handle HR procedures related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers
– Manage and renew fixed-term employment contracts
– Support organizational changes and HR announcements
– Maintain employee data and HR-related documentation

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English and Native Japanese
– 2-5 years of relavent HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong Excel skills
