Responsibilities

– Lead demand planning and forecasting for all product categories, using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs
– Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand, inventory, and business requirements
– Support demand planning activities related to product launches, transitions, and end-of-life management
– Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction
– Identify and mitigate risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory, and product obsolescence
– Coordinate with regional and global Supply Chain teams on replenishment planning and inventory optimization
– Track inventory KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
– Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate constraints/risks to stakeholders
– Support indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing coordination, supplier management, and contract administration
– Monitor supplier performance and help resolve procurement-related issues
– Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and process efficiency
– Drive process standardization and system enhancements; ensure planning-related master data accuracy in ERP/planning systems

Qualifications

– Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, and S&OP processes
– Experience in Supply Chain Management, including logistics and international transportation
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Business-level English communication ability
– Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
– Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
