Responsibilities

-Oversee and structure the end-to-end logistics workflow, including product distribution, raw material handling, warehouse coordination, and import/export operations
-Develop clear, visual process maps to improve transparency and alignment across supply chain activities
-Standardize decision-making frameworks to ensure consistent handling of operational scenarios and exceptions
-Reduce reliance on individual judgment by documenting best practices and establishing repeatable procedures
-Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and operational checklists
-Design and propose future-state supply chain models that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals
-Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation across logistics functions
-Define team structure, roles, and required skill sets to support sustainable growth and effective future operations

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong ability to organize and streamline on-site operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
-Proven experience translating complex processes into structured workflows, rules, and clear documentation
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on building and improving operational frameworks rather than pursuing traditional management roles
-Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving operational environments
-Motivated by creating systems, processes, and organizational structures that drive long-term effectiveness
