Responsibilities

-Create and assist with an overall logistics strategy plan to sustain inventory levels
-Lead all logistics activities in Japan
-Develop and coach other logistics members
-Handle cost-saving opportunities in logistics and offsetting overall cost trend
-Establish external networks to bring future growth opportunities into the organization
-Ensure all team members have a development plan for operations aspects
-Ensure operations for logistics including physical inventory management are well-established and in place
-Lead ongoing continuous improvement in the overall logistics
-Ensure compliance in all operations.
-Ensure KPIs are in line with the targets set and achieved.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or relevant experience
-Experience working in an international company is a plus!
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Communicate effectively with customers, teams, and business
-Customer-oriented and able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
-Determined with a “can do” attitude
-Excellent communication skills to engage with members
