Responsibilities

-Improve supplier processes in project management, quality, purchasing, procurement, and logistics.
-Support purchasing activities, including supplier communication and price negotiations.
-Plan and coordinate supplier quality activities, including audits and quality improvements.
-Support procurement and logistics planning to ensure on-time delivery.
-Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve project and business goals.
-Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage supplier performance.
-Support contract discussions and coordinate legal or commercial requirements with relevant stakeholders.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor procurement performance, and prepare KPI reports.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in project management, quality, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Experience working with global teams and supporting international quality and purchasing processes is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Knowledge of quality management and project management methods.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills with a reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
-Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
