Responsibilities

-Maintain and keep track of the transportation of critical materials and parts
-Handle basic logistics and transportation practices to negotiate with 3PL companies and customers
-Keep track and update transportation database and websites to ensure freight rates, estimates, and customer information is updated
-Analyze transportation operations and issues to improve costs and resolve issues
-Handle issues and problems with team members and managers
-Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

-2+ years experience in logistics, procurement, or relevant experience
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience working with logistics equipment
-Experience working in an international company is a plus!
-Time management focused to achieve tasks aligned with the company’s goals
-Effective communicator with internal colleagues and external business partners/stakeholders
