Responsibilities

– Responsible for determining operational demand plans to analyze historical sales data, trends, underlying growth, distribution, market share, create/analyze statistical forecasts, and challenge/adjust sales demand plans.
– Work with sales to understand past sales performance and drive root cause analysis to understand errors from previous periods and highlight discrepancies.
– Create robust planning capabilities that support continuous business improvement.
– Collaborate with Finance and Sales to establish long-term SKU portfolio management based on complexity and cost matrices.
– Generate monthly local demand plans based on consensus demand plans.
– Provides 3PL rolling forecasts to operations managers.
– Convert monthly forecasts of SKUs into actionable and effective supply plans according to specific agreed guidelines from PPL Headquarters.
– Lead solutions to supply and demand imbalances.
– Establish and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
– Provides 3PL rolling forecasts to logistics managers.

Qualifications

– 8+ years experience in demand & supply planning, sales forecasting and marketing activities
– Bachelor or master’s degree in supply chain, business or related field
– Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
– Business level English
– Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training
– SAP experience
