Responsibilities

– Lead Supplier Quality Management Process
– Approve new suppliers
– Manage incoming inspection of new parts
– Build QA management process by raw material
– Supplier process audits
– Create audit points and assessment measures.
– Arrange regular audit, and confirm process of production in supplier
– Make countermeasure with supplier and follow up action
– Report QA issue to stakeholders regularly.
– Clarify the cause of issue and claim for recovery.

Qualifications

– More than 10 years of Purchasing or QA control experience in the machine manufacturing industry
– Experience of establishing the scheme of vendor audit and internal audit systems
– Experience of global presentation and fluent English conversation
– Team management experience and Leadership skill (own team and external suppliers
