Responsibilities

-Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing
-Handle order issues such as shipping errors, damaged goods, returns, and credits
-Maintain efficient logistics and customer service operations, including import processes
-Manage inventory forecasting and oversee warehouse, transportation, and logistics accuracy
-Review and monitor customer orders, shipments, and open orders to ensure proper delivery
-Develop and improve processes, standard procedures, and performance metrics
-Manage budgets and ensure accurate, on-time financial processing (invoices, P&L)
-Lead and support teams and stakeholders to ensure stock availability, smooth operations, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience in import operations and local delivery processes is a plus
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-leve English
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Advanced Excel skills
-Established relationships with forwarders and 3PL providers is a plus
-Experience using SAP is a plus
