■　レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは日本法人のゼネラルマネージャー直下で、ロジスティクス5名・需要計画2名の計7名をリードします。メンバーの強みを引き出しながら組織を育てたい方に最適なチーム構成です。

Responsibilities

1. End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership
– Lead all supply chain functions: Demand/Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory.
– Drive the monthly S&OP process and align with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
– Secure supply readiness for launches and seasonal peaks.

2. Demand & Supply Planning
– Build accurate forecasts using sales trends and key drivers.
– Optimize supply plans to avoid stockouts and excess.
– Coordinate with HQ on product allocation.

3. Inventory & Service Levels
– Monitor DOS, coverage, and aging stock.
– Reduce obsolete and excess inventory.
– Improve OTIF, fill rate, and other service KPIs.

4. Logistics & Warehouse Operations
– Manage 3PL performance.
– Ensure high-quality picking, packing, and gift wrapping.
– Maintain operations aligned with brand standards.

5. Team Leadership
– Lead and develop the Demand & Supply Planning team.
– Build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
– Provide insights to support cross-functional decisions.

6. Process Improvement & Projects
– Identify and implement process improvements.
– Use BI tools for reporting and analysis.
– Lead key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, including demand and supply planning
– Team management or leadership experience
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Advanced Excel skills
– Business-level English (frequent interaction with HQ)
– Native-level Japanese or equivalent business proficiency
