Responsibilities

1. Logistics Strategy & Operations
– Manage domestic/international shipping, customs, warehouses, and inventory accuracy
– Oversee 3PL partners, contracts, staffing, and workflows
– Improve ERP/WMS/EDI systems and SOPs
– Select logistics vendors and control costs
– Set KPIs and drive efficiency

2. Operations Management
– Plan and track weekly/monthly shipping
– Manage inventory transfers and supply purchasing
– Oversee inventory checks and audits

3. Quality Control & Risk Management
– Develop and maintain quality standards
– Reduce defects and improve customer issue handling
– Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Relations
– Work with HQ on logistics and quality improvements
– Maintain relationships with retail/wholesale clients
– Coordinate with production on inbound forecasts and material needs

Qualifications

– 5+ years of logistics experience (including third‑party logistics, import operations, etc.)
– Strong English skills for with non‑Japanese stakeholders

Welcome skills and experience:
– Experience in fashion, retail, or B to C is a plus
– Staff management experience is a plus
