チームマネジメント、予算管理、法令・品質コンプライアンス対応、顧客対応まで幅広く担当。オペレーション全体を統括する経験を積めるため、さらなるキャリアアップを目指せます。

Responsibilities

– Drive local process management, improvement, and re-engineering across Imports, Exports, and Dispatch
– Proactively identify potential operations issues and develop innovative preventative solutions
– Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions across internal teams
– Lead local testing and rollout of new technologies from global offices, in line with company strategy
– Manage development, rollout, and maintenance of transport management systems
– Manage agents and subcontractors, including brokers, airlines, and regulators
– Ensure operational procedures comply with the company’s Quality Systems, regulations, and internal guidelines
– Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design solutions for complex customer needs
– Own the operational financial plan, including budget development, controls, and progress monitoring
– Support Business Development as SME in customer calls and meetings
– Lead training and development for all Operations associates, covering import/export handling, regulatory knowledge, and quality standards for temperature-controlled shipments
– Conduct regular performance reviews and drive process improvement plans
– Oversee office, warehouse, and transport operations management
– Provide operational reporting (weekly/monthly) including analysis and recommendations

Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years of relevant or similar work experience
– Secondary education diploma or college degree
– Professional, confident presentation skills
– Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Intercultural competence and leadership skills
– Ability to independently manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
– Project management, organization, and planning skills
– Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
