Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain technical and quality documents from overseas manufacturing partners.
-Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and follow up on any issues.
-Monitor production plans, materials, inventory, delivery schedules, and quality status.
-Track and follow up on quality issues, changes, and corrective actions.
-Communicate regularly with overseas partners in English and coordinate issue resolution.
-Work closely with internal teams to share updates, identify risks, and support smooth operations.
-Develop a strong understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and factory operations.
-Over time, take a broader role in managing manufacturing partners and driving stable operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

-Experience in manufacturing, quality, production, or supplier management.
-Business-level English.
-Understanding of production planning, inventory, quality, and delivery management.
-Basic knowledge of quality management systems and related processes.
-Ability to review documents, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with partners.
-Experience in a regulated or quality-focused industry is preferred.
-Proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work across different teams and lead projects when needed.
-Willingness to travel overseas and develop into a broader manufacturing and operations management role.
