Responsibilities

-Oversee operational deliveries
-Manage calls, customer service, and email related to pricing, availability, and lead times
-Handle order management and customer requests
-Analyze and keep track of information sources including customer backlogs, product returns, replacements, and shipment delivery schedules.
-Coordinate with various teams, service, factory planners, and Finance teams on a regular basis
-Keep track of the supply of products and services, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and stocking level requirements.
-Generate Internal Requisitions and Purchase Orders
-Establish Minimum and Maximum Levels: overseeing demos, parts, and marketing items
-Manage backlogs and ensure inventory levels are maintained
-Develop efficiency and cost-reduction strategies
-Provide management reports on Operations & Logistics on a frequent basis
-Maximize on-time deliveries
-Coach & mentor the customer service and operation teams

Qualifications

-10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Sales Support, or Logistics
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Supply Chain degree is a plus!
-Experience in cost-effective strategies
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong knowledge of legal responsibilities
-Experience in Oracle or SAP is a plus!
