Responsibilities

Report to: Head of Operations
– Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time using the SAP system.
– Check order details and documents to ensure all information is correct and complete.
– Improve order handling processes to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
– Work closely with logistics teams to support efficient supply chain operations.
– Manage and follow up on customer delivery schedules.
– Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams regarding order progress, delivery timing, and possible delays.
– Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree
– 5+ years handling CS or Order management
– Preferably coming from the medical device industry, but not mandatory!
– Strong cross-functional capabilities and communication skills
– Native Japanese and Strong English
– Track record with process improvement
– Experience using SAP or other ERP system
