Responsibilities

– Responsible for import, export and inventory planning
– Lead S&OP and monitor forecast fluctuation and future demand
– Liaise and negotiate with HQ, regional and 3 rd party supplies for supply timing and quantity
– Manage cold chain for live stock business units (bumble bee and insect imports and local delivery)
– Manage KPIs for inventory, OTIF, import costs and cost reduction
– Work with production to ensure stable supply and timing
– Work closely and manage internal and external stakeholders
– Manage 2-3 permanent staff and 2-3 part-time staff

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience leading SCM at a foreign capital company. Focus should be on planning,
inventory control, import and exports.
– Experience managing staff
– SAP experience is preferred
– Experience from food & chemical companies is preferred but not mandatory
